14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your 3:16 purchase. Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange your item as long as it has not been worn, used, or washed. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once the exchange is approved and received, 3:16 will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

To begin a return or size exchange, contact us at info@irontribeinc.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
